Eno

Eno provides fast, refreshing relief from stomach upsets including indigestion, flatulence and nausea. The three active ingredients - sodium bicarbonate, citric acid and sodium carbonate - react in water to produce a stomach acid-neutralising formula to bring the digestive system back to normal.

Dissolve the powder in a glass of water before taking it.

Adults and children aged 12 years and over:
  • Take 5g (one 5ml spoonful) in a glass of water.
  • Repeat every 2-3 hours if necessary.
  • Do not take more than six doses in 24 hours.

  • Active Ingredients (per 5g): Sodium Bicarbonate 2.32g, Citric Acid 2.18g and Anhydrous Sodium Carbonate 0.50g.
  • Other Ingredients: None.

Do not take Eno if:
  • You have ever had an allergic reaction to sodium bicarbonate, citric acid, or sodium carbonate.
  • You are on a controlled sodium diet, as each 5g dose contains 0.85g of sodium.
  • You have any liver or kidney problems.
  • You are under 12 unless your doctor tells you to.
